FOUNDER’S DAY AND FELICITATION CEREMONY

Founder's Day, a day to recognize and show gratitude to the founders of the organization. A day to recall and honor the visionaries who laid the foundation for our success. Caring out the rich legacy of ancestors. Wendy High School celebrated Founders day on 4th of August. What will be the auspicious day alongside the founders day for praising the students for their outstanding performance .So our school also organizes felicitation ceremony on this propitious day. The ceremony begins with presenting flowers and remembering the founder of our NLK GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS honorable Nandalal Khanna ji by our Respected Principal Sir and Vice Principal ma'am and whole staff of the campus. Afterwards felicitation ceremony begins with awarding our scholars for their outstanding performance in ISC and ISCE Examination 2023-24 by trophies and smartwatches along with their parents. A great applause and cheers resonate the whole campus. A traditional dance and singing program was also held by the rising stars of our school that embellish this auspicious occasion. The occasion ends by recalling our ancestors for providing us this plentiful legacy and promising them to maintain this rich heritage.
THE SPIRIT OF FREEDOM : " To Be Free Is To Be Alive”
India is a land where every corner and every citizen cries by remembering their past but when they think about their present they always say "WE ARE INDIANS" and we have the right to make any announcement we choose.
The day itself evokes the Epic struggles and vows of our heroic sardars and the beacon of non violence are enchanting Mahatma Gandhi who sacrifice themselves to make our country accessible to soaring bird searching for success and to create a clear stage to dance without any shackles of worry. On the 15th of August our school celebrated independence day with great fervor and enthusiasm the event which is one of the most anticipated occasions of the year reminds everyone of the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters. The day began with the flag hosting ceremony by our honorable principle sir to create a patriotic and powerful atmosphere, afterwards the national anthem took the center stage. Our young leaders - head boy and head girl delivered the speech filled everyone with patriotism and unison. A series of events including a patriotic mashup, a spirited song and incredible India which was portraying different states and diversity of our nation. Then, leading everyone with unity and joy. Our WHS team heartfully gives the grand tribute to the undaunted heroes who played at the earth with their courageous blood of honor.

Incredible India Is a tourism campaign by the government to highlight or promote the country as a tourist destination. It highlights the country rich cultural heritage, diverse landscape and vibrant tradition. To celebrate this spirit of unity in diversity our school conducted activity with the theme Incredible India.
The “Incredible India” activity was a resounding success, fostering a deeper appreciation for India’s rich cultural heritage among students and staff. The event not only provided an educational experience but also encouraged a sense of global citizenship and respect for cultural diversity.
The event underscored the importance of understanding and celebrating the diverse cultures that make up our world. At WENDY HIGH SCHOOL, we believe that activities like these are crucial in nurturing a well-rounded global perspective in our students. “Turncoat Debate: Travel Tales and Adventurous Shifts!”
Our Wendy High School held an engaging turncoat debate on the topic "Travel and adventure are more beneficial than harmful." The debate, part of our annual series of intellectual challenges, was designed to encourage critical thinking and adaptability among students. Participants were required to initially support a position and then switch to opposing viewpoints, demonstrating the complexities of the issue at hand.
The debate concluded with each team summarizing their adjusted viewpoints. The pro side reaffirmed the value of travel and adventure, advocating for ongoing efforts to address negative impacts. The con side underscored the importance of continuing to scrutinize and address the potential harms associated with travel and adventure.
The turncoat debate on travel and adventure provided a thought-provoking examination of the topic from multiple perspectives. Students engaged in a rigorous analysis of both the benefits and drawbacks, demonstrating the complexity of balancing enjoyment with responsibility. The exercise not only fostered critical thinking but also highlighted the importance of thoughtful and sustainable approaches to travel and adventure.
CELEBRATING THE SPIRIT OF INDEPENDENCE DAY
Our school celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm. The event began with a choir of patriotic songs performed by the students, filling the air with pride. The Head Boy and Head Girl delivered inspiring speeches, followed by vibrant dance performances. Children from preschool to Grade 5 dressed up as national leaders, each speaking a few lines about their chosen figure. The celebration also showcased the students' creativity through Independence Day-themed crafts, adding a colorful touch to the occasion.
"Janmashtami: Revel in the Rhythms of Krishna's Cosmic Celebration“
Celebrating Janmashtami with our children embodying the spirit of Lord Krishna! From breaking the matki to enacting the Karagaar scene, Kalia Nag dance, and joyful dance with the gopis, our little ones showcased Krishna’s miracles with grace. They sang bhajans and performed arti, adding to the festive spirit. The beautifully decorated jhanki was a sight to behold.
A special highlight was the children’s creativity in preparing and decorating matkis, flutes, and peacock feathers using cardboard. They embraced the principles of recycling and reusing materials, adding a meaningful touch to the celebrations. It was a day filled with joy, devotion, and community spirit. Thank you to everyone who made this celebration memorable!

Little Storytellers Showdown
The preschool storytelling competition was a delightful event where young children enthusiastically narrated stories from their books. Teachers added to the excitement by preparing a mesmerizing puppet show of the rabbit and tortoise, captivating the audience with its engaging performance. The decorations transformed the space into a vibrant jungle scene, enhancing the storytelling experience. The lively jungle backdrop, coupled with the children's animated storytelling, made the event a magical experience. This competition not only encouraged a love for stories but also fostered creativity and confidence in our young learners.
Mango Magic Extravaganza
Preschool students celebrated a delightful Mango Party, bringing mangoes and dressing up in cheerful yellow outfits. The school was beautifully decorated with mango-themed decorations by the teachers, adding to the festive atmosphere. The children enjoyed tasting different varieties of mangoes, and learning about the fruit in a fun and engaging way. Laughter and excitement filled the air as they shared their mango treats. This vibrant event was both enjoyable and educational, leaving the young ones with sweet memories of their special day.
